“We know how important this contest is to the young surfers of Indonesia” said Rip Curl’s James Hendy, “that is why we treat these young athletes like real pro’s. We do everything we can to give them the greatest opportunity to surf their best and our swell report tells us that the Seger move is our best option”. The last minute move has been received well on all fronts, adding to the excitement of an already highly anticipated competition. The hosting Senggigi Boardrider Club will be pitching in to make the transition as smooth as possible, arranging bus transport and surfboard delivery by 5am Sunday morning for an 8am start at Seger. “We all remember what it is like to be that age with all the dreams”, continued Hendy, “we are just doing what we would want to happen if we were 15 again”.

All competitors should be at Seger Beach, Kuta Lombok on Sunday morning, February 14th, by 6am for board pick-up, check-in and registration. Spectators are encouraged to join in as well, the forecast is ensuring a full day of inspiring performances from the future stars of Indonesian surfing.
