Built by Surfing Australia in conjunction with global content experts Brand New Media, mySURF.tv delivers high quality surfing content on any device at anytime.
The channel provides a rich variety of content from engaging stories with today’s elite surfers on the ASP World Tour, up-and-coming junior stars, grassroots heroes and legends of the past with never before seen historical surfing footage. The channel also showcases a huge array of lifestyle segments filmed around the globe at the best surf spots, the latest in board design with some of the country’s leading shapers, surf coaching plus the freshest news from the world of surfing.
Using Brand New Media’s Channelplay platform, mySURF.tv adapts to any device from computers, tablets, smart phones and televisions.
Features now showing on mySURF.tv include two-time World Champion Mick Fanning breaking down his signature forehand hack, ASP World Tour competitor Owen Wright on his comeback from injury, legendary filmer Alby Falzon, aerial master Josh Kerr, Tasmanian big-wave chaser Marti Paradisis, Aussie young guns Nikki Van Dijk and Matt Banting and master shapers Mitchell Rae and Darren Handley, plus much more.
Surfing Australia chairman Norm Innis said mySURF.tv was a major undertaking for the organisation.

Improving the digital capacity of National Sporting Organisations is seen as critical to the future of Australian sport and has been an area that has been supported by the Australian Government, through the Australia Sports Commission (ASC).
“The Australian Sports Commission applauds Surfing Australia’s efforts to improve its digital capacity to enable it to talk to a broader range of its participants,” said acting ASC General Manager of the Participation and Sustainable Sports Division Andrew Collins.
Surfing Australia has worked closely with the ASC over the past three years to look at ways to commercialise its business. This new digital strategy is the next project in a successful relationship that has seen the birth of other surfing programs such as the VEGEMITE SurfGroms program for 5-12 year olds and the Be the Influence Australian Boardriders Battle.
