Sebastian Santos: winner of the first Ecoadventure Surfing Santa Cruz

Showing the best of his radical surfing, Sebastian Santos won this first Ecoadventure Surfing Santa Cruz, closely followed by Diego Vargas who wants to keep the national title of the Ecuadorian tour. The event took place in the good waves of Prelado and Tortuga Bay. Athletes and audience witnessed Sebastian’s excellent performance as he dominated all his heats, overcoming a bad season that has made him stronger for this second part of the year 

In the decisive round, Sebastian Santos scored a combination of 15,50, enough to win, against a 14,50 of Chovi, a 13 from Fey and a 12,50 of David Barrezueta.

In the Junior division, Chovi had practically no rivals and kept the championship for himself. He was followed by Giancarlo Ortiz, from Santa Cruz, who won an Iguana Factory year contract of sponsoring. Iguana Factory is one of the main sponsors of the tournament and it will cover Giancarlo Ortiz’s expenses on the national tournament.
