Enormous and perfect swell open Indonesian season

Hawaiian-scale 15’ waves hit the Indonesian coast, making the classic Uluwatu wave to break in long and perfect lefts.  The same swell that inaugurated the Jeffrey’s Bay season in South Africa, and then passed through Reunion Island and the Maldives, reached Bukit peninsula in Bali and brought joy to all those that had the courage of getting into the water.

Uluwatu’s Outside Corner presented the best conditions on May 18, with waves that easily reached 15’.  Several local surfers, plus some foreign big riders, got their 8-foot + boards to challenge the enormous lefts
