Miguel Tudela and Analí Gomez win in El Salvador

Both Peruvian surfers hoisted their flag in Salvadorian territory.  The first competition of the Central American Triple Crown (an ALAS Tour event) took place from 30 to 31 July and 1 August, and was dominated by these two surfers.

Analí won the Ladies’ Open category, while Miguel Tudela obtained his first ALAS Tour victory in the Junior category. Meanwhile Matías Mulanovich achieved third place in the Open division.

Peruvians Abroad

Alvaro Malpartida and Gabriel Villaran were invited to participate in the 2010 Billabong Pro Teahupoo trials, programmed for August 16th.  We should highlight that these two Peruvians are the sole Hispanics in this event, and will give their best to reach the main event that will start on August 23rd.
