Adrian Dapelo of Costa Club wins 4th event of National Surfing Championship
The battlefield chosen for this event was Pico Hambre and La Posada, both inside the Casa Blanca facilities. The competition ran normally since the beach allowed us to continue the competition without having to move the event to the inn.
The athletes displayed the results of their preparations and training, with each maneuver they landed. Adrian Dapelo, Eusebio Rodríguez, Javier Fey, Mario Gambellini, Diego Vargas, David Villarroel and Franklin Heredia, among others, stood out.
But the championship winner was Adrian Dapelo, performing many radical maneuvers and obtaining high scores to meet his goal. Eusebio Rodriguez put up a good fight but, in the end, he could not find the good waves needed to improve his score (2nd place).
Both Javier Fey and David Villarroel could not obtain high scores and had to be satisfied with the 3rd and 4th places, respectively.
