A one-person team will represent Guatemala in the Quiksilver ISA World Junior Surfing Championships

The Junior Guatemalan Jorge Navarrete Grijalva will be the only representative of his country in the next Quiksilver ISA World Junior Surfing Championships, the most important Junior Surfing event of the planet which will take place in Costa de Caparica’ waves, Portugal, from May the 4th to the 13th.

Navarrete Grijalva will assist to the championship with the President of the Guatemala Surf Association, Julio Mejicanos who will work as the team’s official.

Guatemala participated in the last two editions of the Quiksilver ISA World Junior Surfing Championships, obtaining the 27th position in both occasions.
