Best Result Ever for France at the Billabong ISA World Surfing Games

The French Surfing Team placed second in the Overall Team Standings of the Billabong ISA World Surfing Games that were held in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica from August 1st until the 8th.
France also won the Gold Medal in the Open Men and Longboard division and the Copper in Open Women, thanks to the great surfing skills of Jeremy Flores, Antoine Delpero and Pauline Ado.
And last but not least, they won the Silver Medal in the Aloha Cup.

About the International Surfing Association (ISA)
The International Surfing Association (ISA) is recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as the World Governing Authority for Surfing. It was originally founded as the International Surfing Federation in 1964 and has been running world championships since 1964 and the Junior World Championships since 1980.

It is presided by Fernando Aguerre, first elected in 1994 in Rio, and re-elected six times since.
