Ecuador Team ready to make history in their own yard

The Ecuadorian Surfing Federation (FES) will host the 7th edition of the largest Under 18 Surfing Contest in the world, the 2009 Quiksilver ISA World Junior Surfing Championship. The Ecuadorians are taking this competition seriously and have been working with recognized Brazilian Surf Coach, Marcos Conde, for the last four months. They will participate with what can be considered their best team ever.

Considering they are competing on their home turf this year, Ecuador will be looking to place in the top 10.
