The world’s best Under 18 surfers are gearing up for their biggest challenge of the year, the 2009 Quiksilver ISA World Junior Surfing Championship. Now in its seventh year, the Olympic-type event will be held from March 28 through April 5 in the waves of La FAE beach in Salinas, Ecuador.
