Julian Cuello is the new National Surfing Champion

The Spain Surfing Championships took place at Gijón Bay in San Lorenzo, from April the 4th until April the 7th. With waves breaking on the 2 to 4 feet range, Canary Island Julian Cuello was crowned as the new Spanish Champ in the Open Men division.
Spain Champions on the other divisions were:
• Menehunes Surfing: Juan Merodio.

• Grommetes Bodyboard: Miguel Macías.

• Menehunes Bodyboard: Samuel Salgueiro.

• Grommets Surfing: Manuel Lezcano.

• Junior Bodyboard: Guillermo Cobo

• Junior Surfing: Guillermo Alonso

• Women Bodyboard: Deva Martin

• Women Surfing: Mirka Martin

• Open Bodyboard: Nel Suárez

• Master Surfing: Daniel García

• Open Kneeboard: Ruyman

• Longboard: Ramón Enrique Pérez</sup>
