Strong Australian team will defend the Gold in Portugal

Australia, Champion of the 2007 World Surfing Games, will travel to Portugal to defend the gold medal with a strong team that will be one of the highlights in Costa de Caparica’s waves from October 11-19.

It has also obtained the third position in two occasions -1996 and 2000- and a second place in 2002. They are the big favourite to win the Gold again.
