BALBOA SURF TOUR TRIALS AT CAMBUTAL BEACH

Next June 28-29, Daihatsu Terios will take the Balboa Surf Tour to Cambutal Beach, Los Santos. This will be the fourth stage of the year and will feature Omar “Carbo” Figueroa from Boa Team in the Open division, Enilda “Samanta” Alonso from the Super Deportes Top Team in Girls division, Giovanni Grecco in bodyboard, Gonzalo González from the Super Deportes Top Team in Junior and Mr. Italo Izola in longboard.
The five best results per surfer out of the seven will be taken into account to choose the 2008 Champions. Cambutal is four hours away from Panama city. A 4x4 vehicle is necessary to get to the beach 4-11 where the event will take place. There are many hotels in Tonosí and you could find a room from $13.00 per night.
All the competitors must know that registration will be closed on Tuesday, June 24 at Boa Surf House, Super Deportes and Tropix in Bocas del Toro. The fees: $20.00 for Open division, free for Junior and $15.00 for the rest of the divisions.
The press conference will be held on Tuesday, June 24 in Bar la Cervecería del Decápolis at 7.00 p.m. where we will have a toast with boquitas and Balboa beer.

About International Surfing Association
The International Surfing Association (ISA) is recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as the World Governing Authority for surfing, bodyboarding and surfriding.
