Mermaids arrived at Playa Grande
The “Flower Power Edition” of the Women Surfing Festival was a success. It was the second female surfing festival that took place in Argentina in January. The event took place at the Yacht Club in Playa Grande which is a traditional Argentinian surfing point.
The contest was a party for the girls who love to surf. The surfer and gym teacher Joela Jofré was in charge of the free Surf School for every girl who wanted to start surfing or to try Cachalote’s balance boards.
The event was planned and organized by female surfers Agostina Pellizari and Marina Boullosa, who are planning to repeat the experience around Latin America. Peru will be the next place for another mermaids’ attack.
