Judging courses dates

The BCSA is happy to announce the following educational initiatives we are working on:
1. Elite surfers that are high school students will gain credits (for grades 10, 11 and 12) thru the BC Ministry of Education (External Sports Credentials Program)
2. A surf program as part of the regular in-school physical education program at Wickaninnish Elementary School in Tofino
Both will be in place in the new year.
Judges Certification Courses
The International Surf Association (ISA) level 0, 1 and 2 judging and officiating courses are available on request through your provincial and national office.
The new level 2 Judging and officiating course is recognised by the National Governing Body for Surfing in Canada and all qualifications are nationally and Internationally recognised throughout all surfing organisations.
The next judging course will be held Spring 2008 in Nova Scotia and Summer 2008 BC, exact locations to be announced.
