Election process in the Chilean Surfing Federation

To begin the election process of the National Sporting Federation of Surf FECHSURF, the TRICEL, solicits all the Associations and club members to congregate and present lists along with a projected work program for the next three years, 2008-2010.

General requirements for registering candidate lists, those persons that belong to the Sports Clubs and/or Sport Associations should complete the following:

1. Present certified personal records
2. Present certified validity of Sports Clubs and/or Sports Associations to which you belong
3. Authorize registration fees on the day of with FECHSURF
The applying lists should present a program summary or presentation of the List with an introduction of no more than 400 characters (Word), the complete program in digital format (Word) and the address of their official website (if they have it) to the National Sporting Federation of Surf. 
Information will be accepted up until Saturday, November 30th, 2007 until 12 pm and should be sent to the email of the members of TRICEL.

Each member of the list should attach a photograph, which will be used in the publication contents on the official webpage of FECHSURF, www.fechsurf.cl.  This site will have all the information about the FECHSURF 2008-2010 elections.

General requirements for the clubs and associations with the right to vote. 

1- Registered affiliation with FECHSURF.
2- Certified validity of the good standing
3- Settle debts on the day of with FECHSURF. 

GENERAL VOTES
The voting will take place through the official website of FECHSURF on 04-01-2008, the date of the election.
