Great Britain, mainly Cornwall.

Number of years as a surfer and surf instructor?
30+ yrs surfing, 20 yrs coaching.

Why the decision to become a surf instructor and/or coach?
Lifestyle, job satisfaction and the desire to contribute to individuals and surfing’s development.

What are your goals in respects to surf instruction?
To continue to train and educate  more  surf coaches  who can then  deliver professional coaching to the public and surfing community. To develop and promote  the ISA coaching scheme and professional coaching standards especially here in GB.

What is your favorite surf break?
At home Fistral Beach, overseas, old school Kirra, J bay and  French beach breaks.

Do you have a hobby other than surfing?
Swimming , snowboarding, board paddling and cooking.

Who first taught you to surf and where?
Self taught in Wales , Cornwall and Devon .
